Committed to growth, retention, and compliance, Alan Tucker has worked in just about every
aspect of the Real Estate business: from a family‐owned start to a management team that has
consistently remained one of the most productive Coldwell Banker franchise offices in the
country. Alan remains engaged with the daily operations, recruitment, and marketing side of
the business. Markets will shift and Alan will remain diligent in making necessary adjustments
to ensure success.
Alan's real estate career began in 1987 when he joined his parents’ independent real estate
company. Prior to that, he worked with a Fortune 500 company. In 2010, he joined the
nationally recognized office of Coldwell Banker Advantage, where he is a member of the Mid
Carolina, Triangle and Longleaf MLS. "My experience and patience are my best qualities,"
Over the years Alan has served his community by being an elder at Community Presbyterian
Church, a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity of the Sandhills, a member of the Kiwanis Club of
Fayetteville, and being on the boards for The Cumberland County Boys and Girls Club and the
City of Fayetteville Planning.
Alan was recognized at the 2018 Realtor of the Year in the Longleaf Pine Realtors Association, where he has also served on various committees. Alan graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1984 with a BS in Business/Marketing and served as president of the Sigma Nu fraternity. His wife, Ann Tucker, is a schoolteacher for the Department of Defense at Fort Bragg. Their daughter, Mary Cate Spires, is the owner of Harley James Consulting and the author of “On the Map: How Multi‐Location Businesses Can Use Digital Marketing to Grow Revenue and Stay Ahead of the Competition.” Alan has a passion for problem solving and developing ideas.
